Some things don’t happen every day, but when they do, they always follow the same pattern: packing for a trip, doing a big house clean, running a workshop, monthly reviews, exam days. That’s where Saved Routines shine.

Instead of rebuilding the same plan from scratch each time, you set it up once, save it, and just drop it in whenever you need it.

What Is a Saved Routine?

A Saved Routine is a reusable set of activities or tasks for situations that repeat from time to time, like:

• Travel day routine (pack, check tickets, water plants, lock windows)

• Deep clean routine (bathroom, kitchen, floors, laundry, rubbish)

• Project kickoff routine (review brief, set tasks, send first email)

• Monthly reset (check finances, plan next month, clear inbox)

How to Create a Saved Routine

Option 1: Save any Time Block as a Routine

If you already have a time block that resembles a routine, you can save it straight to your personal library of routines. Any time block can be saved as a routine.

• Tap the three dots at the bottom of the time block and select “Save as Routine”.

Option 2: Create a Routine from Scratch in Your Library:

• Tap Settings in the tab bar.

• Select Library.

• Select My Routines.

• Tap + and give your routine a name.

• Add activities and tasks to your routine.

Now you can insert this Saved Routine into your day whenever you need it—without starting from zero each time.
