The Mono Task app is built around one simple idea — do one thing at a time.
It helps you structure your day using time blocks for focused work, activities to fill those blocks, and quick tasks for the little things you just want to tick off.
A calm, visual way to plan your day.
Basic Structure
Let’s dive into the basic concept and building blocks of the Mono Task App.

Time Block
A time block is a period in your day for focused activities — like Morning Routine, Deep Work, Gym, or Evening.
Each block has a start time and contains a group of activities.
Time blocks help reduce decision fatigue by making your plan visible at a glance and giving your day clear structure.

Activity
An activity is something that requires your time within a time block.
For example, Your Hobby may take two hours — it’s like a mini timer that shows your progress.
There can only be one activity at a time. That’s the idea behind the name Mono Task.

Quick Task
A quick task is something you simply want to check off.
It’s not an activity, because it doesn’t take time on your schedule — just a small action to mark as done.

Timeline
Each day is shown as a timeline, like your daily schedule. It contains all your time blocks, activities, and quick tasks for the day. Swipe left or right to move between days.
